ABS 30 AN is a permanent, internal added type antistatic agent for plastic which is launched by INCHR. Used to lower the static decay time and surface resistivity of polyolefins and other polymers.The surface resistivity value of the final product is not humidity dependent.Offers protection against the problems caused by static electricity.Suitable for colour formulations.Recommended dosage level is 8-20 %wt.
600AN is a co-polymer permanent antistatic agent, suitable for polyolefin resins such as PE, PP and ABS, and is specially designed for injection molding.This product imparts long-lasting antistatic properties to polyolefin resins ，does not reduce its physical properties and formability. In addition, compared with traditional permanent antistatic agents, 600AN requires less addition.It exhibits excellent antistatic properties and significantly reduces the surface resistivity of polyolefins even when used in small amounts.

Permanet antistatic agent packaging and storage instructions:
25kg in a composite bag, should be stored in a cool, ventilated warehouse, is strictly prohibited in the rain, water immersion.
The permanent antistatic agent is very hygroscopic substance which is dried before shipping. Store in the original container securely under cool and dry conditions. After opening, use immediately. Keep closed when not in use. In case of that this product absorbs moisture, drying at 85 oC for 3 h under vacuum is required before use.
What’s non permanent antistatic agent?
No effect in dry conditions,no immediate effect,no permanent effect.
Non permanent antistatic agent starts to migrate to the final parts' surface after processing.
Chemical agent covers the surface and attract water from atmosphere.
With time the non permanent antistatic agent is wiped away from surface static charges reappears and the final products lose antistatic properties and become insulative again.
Non permanent antistatic agent is sensitive to relative humidity and inefficient in dry conditions.
