ESD HDPE concentrate is a permanent antistatic agent for HDPE resin launched by INCHR using compatibilization technique.This product imparts a long-lasting antistatic property to PE resins such as HDPE,LDPE and LLDPE while causing practically no lowering of their physical properties and moldability. The ESD concentrate can be used for both anti-dust and preventing electrostatic discharge application,In addition, compared to conventional permanent antistatic agents, this ESD HDPE concentrate exhibits an excellent antistatic property even when used in small amounts because this product substantially decreases surface resistivity of PE resin.

Handling and storage
This ESD HDPE concentrate is very hygroscopic substance which is dried before shipping. Store in the original container securely under cool and dry conditions. After opening, use immediately.
Keep closed when not in use. In case of that this product absorbs moisture, drying at 85 oC for 3 h under vacuum is required before use.
Protective clothing should be worn when operators are handling, or being exposed to.
All ESD concentrates can be stored in its original packaging for at least 24 months without losing properties.
