 Abstract
 PC/ABS is a composite of polycarbonate and poly-tenene (ABS).Combining the excellent characteristics of the two materials, the molding properties of ABS materials and the mechanical properties of PC, the impact strength and temperature resistance,UV resistance and other properties.Can be widely used in the Auto interior parts, business machines, communication equipment, home appliances and lighting equipment.PC / ABS is a modified engineered plastic synthesized after mixing. This modified plastic performance is better than the pure PC and ABS performance, such as: improved impact resistance, improved heat resistance, and increased hardness.
 
 PC/ABS ESD Compound Characteristics
 PC/ABS ESD compound use PC/ABS as matirx,permanent antistatic additive added with dosage 10%-25% to achieve ESD protection. The ESD compound combines the ease of ABS materials, have a toughness similar to polycarbonate materials.The high heat distortion of the alloy is an improvement over ABS, while the low temperature impact resistance gives it an advantage over polycarbonate.It provide long distance antistatic performance,it’s suitable for colored formulations.Glass fiber reinforced and flame retardent are options.
