ESD Compound HDPE 80 AN
HDPE 80 AN is one of permanent antistatic masterbatches for HDPE resin . This esd compound provides antidust/antistatic properties to polymers. Compatible with HDPE and LDPE,It ‘s a non-migrating ,internal added permanent antistatic masterbatch.Recommended to add 10-25%, then surface resistance of final product can reach 10E7-10E11 Ω.

Performance
HDPE 80 AN can control the surface resistivity of HDPE from 10E7 to 10E11 Ohms/sq. The antistatic masterbatch could achieve with loading level at approx.10 wt% for anti-dust application and at approx.20 wt% for ESD application.
Applications
Applicable to HDPE injection items.
Suitable for LDPE film.
Packaging and storage instructions
This esd compound is very hygroscopic substance which is dried before shipping. Store in the original aluminium foil bag inside securely under cool and dry conditions. After opening, use immediately.
Keep closed when not in use. In case of that this product absorbs moisture, drying at 90-100 oC for 3h under vacuum is required before use.
