Carbon fiber reinforced Nylon 66 properties
PA66 MC205 is one of carbon fiber reinforced nylon series which is 20% carbon fiber filled.
INCHR@carbon fiber reinforced nylon compound has excellent wear resistance, self-lubricating properties and high mechanical strength. However, it is more water absorbent and therefore has poor dimensional stability.
INCHR@carbon fiber reinforced nylon compound can maintain strong strength and stiffness at higher temperatures. This carbon fiber reinforced polymer is still hygroscopic after molding, the degree of which mainly depends on the composition of the material, wall thickness and environmental conditions.
Carbon fiber reinforced Nylon 66 features
