Carbon fiber reinforced polycarbonate(PC) properties
PC 205A is carbon fiber reinforced polycarbonate compound which is a composite material composed of 20% carbon fiber and polycarbonate resin.The material has high strength, high elastic coefficient, high impact strength, good fatigue resistance, dimensional stability and small creep (little change even under high temperature conditions).
Carbon fiber reinforced polycarbonate(PC) compound has a wide operating temperature range, the temperature index after reinforcement can reach 120~140℃, and has good aging performance under long-term outdoor use
Solvent resistance shows that carbon fiber reinforced polycarbonate(PC) compound will not suffer from stress cracking due to solvents.
